We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

Email scaraprodz@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and in any case no later than 14 days as required by EU law.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee required under EU law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to repair, replacement or refund.
